How It Works
The Lab
Structured
Structured learning facilitated through weekly 2 hour workshops where Ethosians link to learn core technical skills and explore the intersection of culture and innovation in S.T.E.A.M.
Events
Monthly unique experiences to celebrate, interact, and engage in a safe and inclusive social setting with their peers and the greater community. Hosted online or in-person and open to non-members and families.
School Break Camps
Our signature programming condensed in a fun-filled week including games, prizes, music, and dynamic activities focused on a specific theme co-created with youth, Ethos Lab partners, and staff.
Open Studio
Semi-Structured
Learning based on exploration and experimentation. Topics and skills are an extension of The Lab catered towards discovery, exploration, first-hand use of emerging technology, electronics, hardware, and tools to collaborative projects they design. Delivered twice a week digitally on our private Discord server and in-person at our Flagship location.
Workshops
Curated and co-created with program partners to deliver flanker programming in specialized topics and industries such as Finance, Economics, Business, and Entrepreneurship.
Mentorship
Providing opportunities to focus and excel in specific areas through project-based mentorship and learning with our network of strategic partners including career development and pathing, exploring youth-led initiatives, and upskilling for post-secondary admissions.
